There are hundreRAB of choices, but which one tikcles your fancy?

Mine is of course Matrix Reloaded, and i am glad that its getting good reviews! Though Some are saying the the storyline is a little confusing but the film is breathtaking! I will just have to see it for my self.

T3, not that excited about this film because somehow just by watching the trailer alone i feel the movie somehow is going to be a big let down. The special effects in the movie aren't that great concidering the amount of money and time they have spent making this movie. And the departure of James Cameron in the film also creates huge doudt that the new director might not be able to live up to his fellow director. Well lets just hope that T3 does live up to the hype and doesn't turn out to be like Jurassic Park, in other worRAB be a crap forgettable sequal.

The Hulk, cant wait for this i hope it turns out to be even more better then Spider Man last year.

Charlies Angels 2, Thought the first film was piss shit and i cant be botherd to go and watch this Matrix wannbie sequal again.

Tomb raider 2, Love the games, hated the first movie. I didn't understand where the first movie was taking me. I very much doudt that the second movie will do as well. So yet again i can't be arsed with this movie again.

Erm i think thats it isn't it? Yep thats the big 5 and out of that i will be going to watch three of them= Matrix Reloaded, T3 and of course The Hulk! :D

Whats your choice?

Fell free to mention other movies out in the summer as well.

I think it'll be T3 & The Hulk that top my list.

I won't be watching Matrix Reloaded as I only saw about the first half of the original Matrix before switching the pile of rubbish off and returning it post haste to the video store.

I will be going to see all of the movies mentioned if they are rated a 12 if not will be buying them on dvd as they come out.

Very disappointed to see Matrix Reloaded was a 15, my 12 year old wanted to see it but obviously cannot so to make him feel better I said I wouldn't see it either. So whilst my hubbie and older son go we will find something suitable for him to see instead.

When I was a youngster, I was always going to see 15's at the age of 12.
Why not book the tickets online, then the person at the kiost will not ask anything about your sons age!
You can just collect the tickets from the automated machine!

Battle Royale 2 isn't due out here till Autumn at the earliest, and even then I doubt that it will be a major release (here is hoping, its one of those gems that you don't want too many people to talk about)

The Hulk looks the most promising to me. Battle Royale 2 will be excellent (when its out)

I saw the Hulk in San Raphael on US opening night, made all the more fun due to the cinema being half full of ILM staff who were seeing the completed film for the first time in most cases.

I was blown away by it, very original direction and Ang Lee pulls of some stunning set pieces. Not the average Summer blockbuster fare but all the better for that in my opinion. Younger children and those looking for all out thrills might well find the first 20 minutes a little boring though.

I saw the Hulk bout a month ago, bored me to tears. I wanted to see some no-brainer of a movie with some green dude wrecking stuff. Just got a load of boring story, bizarre cut sequences, and a silly ending.

The producers should have watched Spiderman and Xmen to see how to successfully transfer a comic to the big screen IMHO

I guess that's maybe why the studio has been promoting the film as Ang Lee's Hulk - to try and ensure the expectations are closer to what the actual film is.

2 Fast 2 Furious has plenty of dudes wrecking stuff, although none of them are green as I recall...

I haven't seen any of that? The trailers and promos have him wrecking stuff, and they are clearly hoping people think its another spiderman/xmen type film... Once they got bums on seats, they don't care if you don't like it! :)

Fair point :D

The interesting thing is that they have so many Hulk tie-ins for kid's stuff (like the Burger King kid's meal) yet it's a definitely an adult oriented film.

A friend of mine who I saw it with who is Korean said that they were surprised at how many of the central themes of the film were heavily rooted in Asian cultural rules - which she felt meant many Western viewers would be oblivious to some of the sub-text.
