Which sub would you recommend?

and a Blaupunkt GTt-1200 ( http://www.crutchfield.com/p_023GT1200T/Blaupunkt-GTt-1200.html?tp=112&tab=review)

They will be getting 200w RMS from a profile 2ch amp( bridged)

Which do you think will sound better/ hit harder?

I'll mostly be listening to metal/rock and rap.

Definetely the Blaupunkt Gtt-1200 it can hanle and push out much more power so it will sound better.
