which sub boxes are better sealed or ported? and car audio equipments setup & advice?

i dont get which of the 3 different ways of enclosing this box is the better one judging by the frequency responce diagrams?

and which amp is better to use with this sub I have the following two

which sub is better?

could I have both subs running in at once in their own respective enclosures?

oh and is it possible to repair a damaged sub speaker?

that brown wire (dont know what its called) has burned out from one end If I can repair it how do I do it?
