Which sports store gives a credit for outgrown ice skates?

I recall seeing and being told of a sporting goods store in Ontario where you could buy a new pair of kids ice skates - and then receive a store credit toward a new pair of skates the following year once they had been outgrown and traded back in.

I can't seem to find which store it is anywhere in the internet. I'm certain it was one of the big chain stores...

Does anybody know what I'm talking about and recall which store this is?
