For someone with almost no background in sports, especially team-coordinated ones. I want a fitness sport, something that will cheer me up. I'm short and not very fit. I'm not into sports such as rugby. Most of my classmates do badminton.
So basically I don't play a sport, but I'd like to for fitness and emotional reasons. Something for the newbie to team-coordinated sports, something for a very shy, un-talkative guy like me at school?
