which sport drink is better?

Niether they both switch to high fructose corn syrup a few years back making them a fat person drink. Try a Jones 24C, nothing but good ingredients. FYI nothing beats good ole H2O unless your on mile 13 of 26 in a marathon and you need some cals. I would venture that 95% of people working out don't require any calories during a workout.
