Which sport do you think is harder: cheerleading or cross country?

My sister and I are always arguing about this (in a joking way). She is a middle school cheerleader and I'm a high school cross country runner. Which do you think is harder?

Cross country. Cheerleading isn't even a sport. I've done cheer, and track. Multiply track by two, cross country. Cheer isn't hard, just dangerous.

cheer leading takes a lot more training and a lot more time if you're going to be good. But cross country is way more physically strenuous.

Cross Country of course. Honestly I don't count cheer leading as a sport. Wearing skimpy outfits and shouting doesn't take much. Oh yeah you have to run for practice and thats it. During the games you are used for entertainment only.
