Which South American authors/poets should be on my to-read list?

I am currently going through a phase where I am interested in all things South American. I am trying to put a reading list of South American authors/poets together. So far I have Jorge Luis Borges (Argentina), Isabel Allende and Pablo Neruda (Chile) and Gabriel Garcia Marquez (Colombia). What others am I missing?
