Which smart phone to get?

I am just an average person not a buisness man, but the next phone I get I will probably stick with for a long time so I want to get the best out of it. Please reccomend me which to get with these as requirements.

.3G Network / Wi-Fi enabled [3g most important with fast mbps plz]
.Camera and video camera
.good call quality
.good battery life
.nice amount of memory to view video and play audio etc
.stylish look

Also if possible can i view things like youtube videos etc? not a requirement though. i can go up to 375$USD or maybe a little higher but i won't complain if it's lower then this
 
You and I nearly have the same exact requirements, I created a topic as well and was recommended the T-Mobile Dash. The Dash doesn't support 3G though so I look forward to seeing what you are recommended as it may help me out as well.
 
i am from the us and require 3g for a faster connection. the phone doesnt have to be from us necesarily i just need a fast internet that is reliable and thats what ive heard about 3g with companies like helio etc.
 
But 3g is really limited in the US right now. How fast is fast? Verizon currently has the fastest, using EVDO. IMHO however, fast on a handheld is really not fast, like DSL or Cable or a T-1.
