Sims 3 (6.99) Sims 3 Ambitions (.99) Sims 3 World Adventures (.99) Simcity (.99)?

Why is Sims 3 way more expensive than the rest?

Isn't Sims 3 Ambitions better (It's what I heard)? So why is Sims 3 more expensive?
