Assuming that your video chipset is a GMA 950 (the integrated graphics could be different than Intel) you should have no problems running The Sims and all the expansions, as well as The Sims 2 and the expansions. The Sims 3 will barely run well on more modern hardware then your laptop, so I would not even try to install it.
