which should i buy xbox360 or ps3?

i know this question has been asked b4 but my situation is alittle diiffrent the ps3 and the xbox are ruffly the same price in my country but the deffrence for me is that if i buy the xbox 360 i can buy pirated games for 4$ a game instead of buying the genuine games that go for 50$+ but if i buy the ps3 i can onli buy the guniune games so is the ps3 worth it or is it better to buy the xbox if the games are way cheaper (pirated games)
 
hey i have a 360 and it is the best thing i own. ps3 break easy because i have both. i would get 360 for live because it is the sh*t.please put me as the best answer :)
 
Buy the Ps3 because it newer and it will be in style for 3-4 years but in 2 years 360 will be old .
