I have had both sports cars and trucks. I didn't really like my truck too much ('98 Ford Ranger) but I don't know if that's because it had a bed and I had no use for it. I do enjoy driving SUV's, being up higher, etc, but I don't know if this is just a phase and I shouldn't drop so much money if I'm just going to want to sell it a year later. I have always liked sports cars, but the insurance is so high and in WNY you can't drive them year round.
I tend to be more of an aggressive/racer driver (ie. going fast, taking sharp turns, etc) but I am much calmer in SUV's.
I do have tickets, should I go for the SUV because I will probably get less tickets in it?
Also, I plan on starting a family within the next 5 years, so is that another reason for getting an SUV or should I just wait until I have the kids to get the bigger vehicle and have fun while I still can.
