Which SF neighborhood should a recent college grad working in the Financial

District move to? I'm a recent college grad and about to start full-time work in SF Financial District in August.
Where's the best neighborhood to live?
I would like to be physically close to work, need a parking spot, no pets, relatively safe and ideally close to nightlife or a more young professional neighborhood.
