Men have it easier. Women have come so far, but it's still not enough...
My grandmother was the first female police officer in Orange County, California, but she quit the force because of sexual harassment (ie, everybody would have to run a mile, she'd have to run two.)
I've never really wished I was a guy though.

Considering the diversity of todays society, neither gender has it "easier", both genders face an amazing amount of challenges. I've never wished to be the opposite sex. xoxo
