Which Samsung Digital Camera do you think is better?

i like the waterproof one because, it's water proof. my other camera kind of died because it fell in a puddle, :/
but i like the SL720 because it's cheaper &has a recycle bin.

i mostly care about which might be better for pictures, because i'm also in yearbook so i need a camera, but an SLR/DSLR is waaaay too expensive.
advice?
