You shouldn't pick a place that has good food to work at. You should pick a place that is always busy.
The Chili's in our town is busy most of the time, but I won't eat there. I hate chain foods for the most part. Living off tips really sucks. You should hit a fast food place for a "normal" paycheck.
You get minimum wage at fast food places. You get a bit over 2 bucks and hour at chains. Then you have to pay taxes on your tips or share them.
Try working for a retail store at a mall instead. You won't have nightmares about fries stalking you.
