I'm trying to continue losing weight. I have been stuck at this plateau, 128 lbs, for almost a year. I'm 5' 3.5" and I went from 190 lbs to 128 lbs and I am stuck. I hit the gym 5 days a week. Here lately I have had this thing with dipping pretzels in mustard. Those pretzels are very empty calories!! I need a few suggestions for healthier foods to dip in mustard in place of the pretzels!! Thank you for any ideas.
