Which qwerty phone.

Hello everyone. After waiting and waiting and waiting for a state side version of the qtek 9100 I have decided to broaden my view and see other possibilities. Don't get me wrong I would still love to get a qtek 9100 but with the phone being a non us manufactured phone I'm worried about state side support. Since there seem to be some fairly common issues that have yet to be resolved. So my question is what phone is comparable to the qtek 9100. My requirements are:
Qwerty or Qwertz Keyboard ( takes me 20 minutes to type a 10 word text msg without a qwerty :P)
GSM
Quad Band - Do alot of traveling to alaska (850) and the philippines(1800).
Ability to get email and respond from pop3
IM through MSN
Sync into outlook (contacts and tasks)

Secondary things not required but would be nice
bluetooth
full internet capabilities - I will be using tmobile
ability to load 3rd party aps. such as gps and wallet
I dont care about the OS.

And thats about what I need. I have about a $750 limit before shipping. Do you think I should just go ahead and get the qtek 9100 or is there another phone out there that will do what I want.

p.s Does anyone know where I can get the motorola a630 (i think thats the one with the qwerty keyboard through a good internet site for my wife)

Couldn't help with you the other problem but witht he A630 for your wife..they best place that I found for it was ebay to get the best price of the phone. Every other websites it seemed alittle too much.
 
I recommend the Sierra Wireless VOQ A11. It's a Windows Smartphone with a flip open keyboard, triband 850/1800/1900. It's Windows Smartphone, so it includes all the usual refinements of MSN Messnger, Outlook, etc.

Anyone know of any websites seems everyone is sold out of them. I have my reservations with ebay. ( Had two xbox's not show up and a locked suppose to be unlocked blackberry show up so kinda trying to stay away from ebay. Thanks anyway.



I looked into the VOQ but unfortunately it doesnt support POP3. Which is a pretty important thing for me since pop3 is what I use for my personal business. The second issue I had with it was the incredibly low talk time I hear everyone talking about. When I travel to alaska i'm at the pipeline in remote locations. And might not have access to an outlet.
 
Hold on there. The Voq DOES support POP3 email. Absolutely. It uses Microsoft Outlook, and that provides the POP3 email support. For the battery, I don't remember what the rated times are, but you can easily look them up.
Whoever said it doesn't support POP3 is clueless.
