Which PSP should I get?

Which psp should i get? Mine just broke, and I had the PSP 1000(fat). I really liked it just because it was durable, and i had it for about 4 years. But everybody says that the PSP 2000(slim and apparently light?) are faster and have more options in the technological department, like you can play on tv, its faster, easier to use, etc. Or, should I wait until Oct or Nov, which ever one, and get the PSP 3000, which is the same as PSP 2000, but faster, and has a built in mic, oh, and i want a cheap one, and I know all of you will say PSP 1000, but I want it to be fast also. Thanks for your help!
 
I would get the 3000 for sure. Screw the price. You said you had the other one for 4 years, so you know you'll keep this one as long if not longer. You'll get your money's worth of playing it. I think you'll be happier with the new one, too. I have the 1000 and I'm ready to upgrade it. I just may get the 3000, too.
