Which Product Should I Use?

I have hair that's naturally semi-wavy and pretty thick. The look I'm aiming for is the soft yet defined wave. I would also use the product to scrunch. To achieve this look should I use Totally Twisted Gel or the Mousse? Please say which one and any pros or cons of the choice if possible thanks!
 
my hairs naturally curly and semi thick try gettin a three barelled curling iron gives cute waves and a good product for scrunchin is tresemme mousse and rave hairspray both can be found at walgreens or a drugstore or walmart and i use gel as well sometimes just a lil bit after mousse while my hairs wet then hairspray to set it
