Which Presidential candidates have not used public financing in the general election?

I've heard that Obama may be the first. Does anyone have any information about this?

Obama is not the first. George Bush (the current) bypassed public funds. The use of public funds subjects you to spending limits. Bush wanted to outspend his opponents and did.

As for 2008, Ron Paul & Bob Barr for sure. I assume Chuck Baldwin is also on the list, but I do not know for sure.
