Which Pre-College Summer Art Program will help me best--Pratt, SCAD, or InnerSpark?

I am currently a high school junior, and I'd like to major in animation and possibly double major with architecture. This past summer, I attended UCLA's US Performing Arts Animation Camp, but I feel that one week is just not enough for me to develop my skills. Although UCLA's was an amazing experience, I feel like it did not help my portfolio much at all (which is practically empty!). I really want to develop my portfolio. I have limited background in art, so I'm really interested in a pre-college art program. Plus, I do intend on applying to art schools.

HELP ME DECIDE!!
