Which pickup truck has good mpg only ford and dodge?

Only Ford and Dodge. Which pickup truck somewhere from models 1998 to 2003 (Ford or Dodge) which has a good mpg around 20 + mpg. A crew cab 4 door.
I have tought about the 2001 sport trac explorer but I don't know if the mpg is good enough.
