Which photography class should I take?

I'm choosing between basic black and white photo or intro to photo.
I'm a beginner. There is no prerequisite for either of the classes.

basic black and white is awesome (I'm assuming you'll be working with actual film in the darkroom). Intro to photo might touch on that as well as color film, and digital, too. I'd read the course book and decide if you just want to work with film, which is a dying art but I think every photographer should know how to do it, or if you want a sampling of other kinds of photo as well.

If you have some clue about photography (shutter speed, aperture, depth of field) then take the black and white. If you are clueless take the intro course first.

black and white is awesome class if they offer you the black room experience....
