Which phones/carriers support GPS?

The title says it all -- I'm wondering which phones and wireless carriers best support GPS? Does anyone have nifty software for tracking the phone on the internet?
 
I know sprint/nextel does the tracking, but I don't know if it's only for businesses (I've seen the commercials).

Also, Verizon has that Nav thingy where it'll give you gps based directions on the phone
