Which phone would fit best for me? (Rogers)

My old C510A just broke down and I don't have a warranty ( My error, bought it from ebay)

Usage:
- I would use it without plans, pay as you go (20$ per month)
- I would only use the wifi to browse
- I do an average usage of sms

Requirement:
- I need it to be a good mp3 player
- Wi-Fi
- Somewhat decent camera

I was hesitating between the LG Eve and Nokia 5800 XM but I've heard both have some problems like built quality for the LG and a mediocre touch screen for the 5800.
