I don't know anything about these specific phones, but as companies:
LG - Every one I've personally seen/used (other people's) have generally been poor quality
Samsung - Generally makes decent hardware, software support and updates are spotty at best (and that is being very kind to them to only call them spotty) if there are software problems with the phone.
Nokia - Makes solid phones, maybe not the most feature-rich, but very durable and generally trouble-free.
