Which phone should i get on verizon or at&t?

i'm looking for a new phone on either verizon or at&t (both work well for my area & i have friends on verizon and at&t, for me it's just a matter of a phone. but if there is an excellent phone from another carrier, i would be interested to know) I am looking to spend $100-200. my requirements are:
*at the very least a 1.3MP camera, preferably higher w/video
*music player
*moddable (e.g. adding ringtones, skinnable, java apps, etc.)
*any form factor

Hi, I'm no expert and of course your choice. In my opinion, I would go for AT&T. I just got a Razr V3XX Platinum and it is so cool! Also, AT&T is more universal than Verizon; hence, if and when you go out of the country it is a familiar carrier name. Check out AT&T's deal on-line for a good phone of your choice for under your price requirement. You might even get one for free! (of course with a 2 yr contract). Good luck!
 
above this quick reply says get t-mobile 1,000 minutes for just so and so...In my opinion, no thanks. I had t-mobile before and had too many dead spots etc. I'd rather have lower airtime with AT&T for the same t-mbile is offering, but with quality calls. That's all.
 
Except the moddable part. Go with an AT&T phone, or unbranded/unlocked if you can, and just add your AT&T SIM card. Any unlocked quad band GSM phone will work on AT&T, and you don't have to suffer through Verizon's awful user interface that is the same on all of their phones.
