Which phone is better: HTC Droid Incredible or Motorola Droid 2?

The HTC Droid Incredible like looks prettier and everyone says it's such a good phone and in the reviews it said the Motorola Droid 2 freezes up sometimes. But the Motorola Droid 2 has a full keyboard and I really want that.
