Which phone is better? Env touch or samsung rogue?

I am looking at new phones. Those are my two choices. I don't want to have a data plan. Does the rogue NEED a data plan?

What are the good and bad about these two phones. Thanks!!!
 
havnig the same problem, but i was just at the vzw store , the env touch is actually better, the rogue is so hard to text on, and the env touch needs a data plan too.... if im not allowed to get either idk what ill do cuz all other verizon phones fail. maybe ill order a voyager or a dare online somewhere
