Which options (addons) should i get when im leasing the Mazda 6?

I dont know weather to get the isport or itouring trim. Im a grad student and i will be driving from Long island to NJ at least once a week. Im not sure which add ons are important and which add ons are money wasters. ur help is much appriciated.
