I am looking to upgrade from my 2 year old nokia phone. I am looking for a phone with:

- atleast 1 megapixel camera
- mp3 player
- around $200
- compatible with T-mobile or unlocked is fine

Currently I am considering a unlocked Razr v3i but am unsure. Also what are some good sites/places to buy phones other than ebay?(Just trying to broaden my options).

I would appreciate any help.

how is the Sony Ericsson k750i? I am leaning more towards this phone than the Razr, but I am wondering about the quality of the mp3 player.

SE W600i (how is the camera quality on this?)
