Which one would be a more profitable, efficient and convenient business?

From a very detail-less and shallow perspective, which business is more convenient and effective:
Personal trainer
Having a small catering business
Image management and personal shopper
Event coordinator

I know each one requires different education and licenses, I am just curious on what area you think is more profitable than the other.
 
I would say event coordinator because you are dealing one event at a time. Catering you are dealing with food and event coordinators. The personal trainer and image management/personal shopper would have deal with several clients to make a living and sometimes in one day
