Which one phone should i buy samsung rant or high note?

I'm getting a new phone next week and i've seen the two phone online. I've been looking at these two phones and nothing else so I'm gonna buy one of them for sure. The things i'm looking for in my new phone is a good camera, at least from the year 2008, a good design, features inside the phone(music player, gps, web Access,etc..) ,the look outside the phone( how it opens & closes, what kind of buttons does it have,etc...), phone & screen sizes, colors, and the most important cost.

Please help me decide!
