Which one of these miniSD do you perfer? for the N80

In my view and experience ive had the best results with Sandisk. As for Sandisk ultra it should be the same but faster transfer speed. Ive used Sandisk for MMC, RS-MMC, DV-RSMMC, microSD and MiniSD with no issues

Kingston as given me some issues with miniSD, MMC and such where it dosent transfer fast enought sometimes so ringtones and themes return to default ones.

Same thing with Transcend in terms of the issues I specified for Kingston

thanks. i'll get sandisk. but wonder if the ultra is worth it. i know it is noticeable in digicams or usb drives but does the Nokia n80 utilize the higher transfer speeds that "ultra" or "high speed" ones offer?

I would get sandisk. But the thing is that the n80's is way slower than the 20mb/s write speed of the sandisk ultra, so no need for it if you transfer via usb cable. but if you use a card reader than you would use the extra speed of the sandisk ultra.

i have a 2GB Datawrite one for my N80

i've been using it for several months without a single problem, data transfer rate is ideal and everything works perfectly

If you plan an storing lots of data mostly movies I would recommend it but only if you have a card reader. Without the card reader trasfer speed isnt as noticable

I've had no problems with Transcend or Sandisk. Both (Transcend 2Gb, Sandisk 1Gb) have given me no problems whatsoever and had very comparable transfer speeds. Not that I time it, or anything....just never noticed a difference.

I had a Kingston 2GB. Absolutely appauling (slower than using floppy disks!!!)!!! I had ordered a PNY 2GB, however, that was out of stock.

Have returned my Kingston for a PNY.

The PNY MiniSD's are currently the fastest on the market. Beating even the Sandisk Ultra series.

Will write more once i receive the card.

Had problems with the Kingston not being detected too.
