Which one of the Channel Islands would be the best to camp at?

My husband and I moved to Ventura County (CA) early last year and have been talking about visiting Channel Islands for sometime. We were thinking about camping for about two days at one of the islands. So, which one of the islands (Anacapa, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, San Miguel, and Santa Barbara) would be the best for camping, hiking, sightseeing, etc.? Thanks in advance! :)
