So my guy neglects me lately. I call him my guy but we're not in a relationship YET. I know he likes me, but lately he's neglecting me and did a few small disrespectful things. Should I talk to him or just back off? If I talk, it will look like I'm whining - we're not in a relationship after all.

I say talk to him now before your relationship goes any further. If he's already acting like a douchebag this early on, I'd hate to imagine how much more of a douchebag he'll be in the future.

in this situation "your guy" is like a ......deer in the forest which would probably run away if you came too close
wait for him to come to you
it will take a lot of patience but if you wait, it'll be more worth it in the end.
although, if he makes you wait for a really long time then you should talk to him about it. If he doesn't feel the same way then just move on.
