i wanna know because im so caught up between these two phones right now and i dont know which one is the better one!!

thanks in advance

Both phones have advantages and shortcomings in a direct comparison. And everything that everybody said is correct, but to me simply goes down to WLAN. If you don't plan to use the Wi-Fi then get the N73.
On a side note though, and entirely a matter of personal preference. The N80 in black is one of the best looking phones I've seen in my life. But that has nothing to do with functionality and is an overly biased opinion.

also the directional keys plays a big role in what u choose, joystick on n73 is a big letdown for me, the n95 MSRP i heard is $750-800 in U.S dollars. Right now it is available for sale at the minimum of $850 cti website, and highest around 1200-1400 all in U.S dollars.

i used both and the n73's better battery life, bigger screen, and camera totally won me over. I think it's a little bit faster in use too. The picture quality is quite a bit better. The keys on the n80 are nicer, but i disliked the sliding part.

The N80's sliding part gets a bit worse as you use it, sometimes I wonder if mine is going to slide horizontally soon , the Camera seems fine to me, though lack of auto-focus stinks at time (you have to hold camera still for 2-3 seconds), battery life is not so good, so you need chargers to be around + extra batteries.

I'd say if wifi is not important go with N73 or just wait for the N95 if you can afford it.

I mainly got mine for wifi, but I ended up keeping my data plan, which now I wonder if I shoulda got the N73 instead, though I have to say wifi is nice for browsing, downloading/uploading stuff & Fring/VoiP type applications.

I've heard a lot of complaints about the sliding mechanism, but personally I don't have a problem with it. Mine is pretty damn stable and it doesn't feel like that will change.

I had a brief bout of buyer's remorse when I saw the difference between the quality of camera pictures taken by the N73 and the N80, but I took a look at the screen resolution and - ugh. NO way I'm going back to THAT after being spoiled with my N80's resolution.

WiFi has proven to be extremely useful in my case. I use it every day, mostly for VOIP calls via Fring/iSkoot. Sure, you could do this with 3G, but why not use the internet you're already paying for?

The battery isn't a problem either. I charge it when I get home, and that's enough. Unless you plan on being away from civilization for a while, it shouldn't really be an issue.

Well, I cant really say which one is the best because I only use the N80. I haven't used the N73 yet. But what I can tell you is that the N80 is a excellent phone. I don't have any problems with it.

The battery life is very good if you don't use full brightness. The Camera is good but I don't really use it because I have a decent Digital Camera.

Everything else of the phone excellent. Just waiting for the N95 now.
