Which one: Biology or Japanese?

I want to be an optometrist in the future. what subjects should I study in VCE?
I'm currently in year 10 and i'm thinking about the subjects that I'm planning to study next year. I've definitely decided to do English, math methods 1&2, spec math 1&2, chem 1&2, and physics 1&2. But I don't know if I should continue learning Jap, or start bio 1&2.
I've learnt Jap ever since year 7 and i'm pretty good at it, and I often find biology topics, such as evolution, quite difficult. From what I know Jap has a very high scaling, and bio doesnt. So which one should I do and why?
 
I'm not sure how helpful you'll find my answer, but I think you should take both, and opt to drop physics instead. To be an optometrist, I would think you would need to excel in biology and chemistry. You also do well in Japanese, which could pull your GPA up, particularly if you're in a tough situation (not that I doubt you, of course, but it's always good to be prepared). Even better, future schools will see that you're dedicated. You're so far into Japanese-- why not?

If you really want to take physics, I'd suggest dropping a math course, since you have two. I think you should really gear your courses towards a.) the things that'll help you in the future, and b.) things that you enjoy.
