Which one? 05 Toyota camry or 05 VW Passat? ?

Looking for a reliable family car. Automatic. Always drove toyota's, but fell in ove with the passat. Don't know anything about it. Test drive was nice. Who knows about passats? VW in general maybe? Comparing to a camry for example....
