Of these two schools, which one has LESS drinking, cigarette, and drug use?

University of Delaware (DE)
Lehigh University (PA)

honestly, im not sure. i havent heard of UoD but i know Lehigh University is good. in terms of social stuff, i have no idea. you can look up rankings online. like princetonreview ranks a lot of schools. you can also look each college up in urbandictionary.com. although its not reliable, you can pretty much get people's "definition" of these colleges.
edit: i just checked and apparently lehigh is the #3 party school, so expect alot of alcohol and drugs. U. delaware seems to not be that into parties. i just checked on urbandictionary.
 
I think Lehigh is less of a party school, it is harder to get into than UD. In terms of social environment, it's really tough to say. You may find your own niche of people you like at both schools. I know 3 people who went to UD and all of them really enjoyed it.

Where you go should depend on what you want to study and how good each school's department is in that field of study. A more competitive college does not necessarily mean it has a better program than a less competitive one.
