cadillac tax, individual mandate? 1. Obama promised to have healthcare negotiations on C-SPAN......(obviously these negotiations are taking place behind closed doors.........hence the vote buying etc.) To be fair: cameras were allowed to film for a whopping ONE HOUR.

2. Obama campaigned AGAINST an federal mandate for individuals to buy private insurance.........(he now supports it........hmmmm)

I would say number 2 because the idea of forcing somebody to engage in interstate commerce which is what the government will say they are mandating is totally unconstitutional.
