Which of the Sid Meier Civilization games are better?

There's 4 games that have server hosting ran by steam, the numbers next to the titles are the ratings, scale of 1 - 100.

Civilization IV: Warlords - 84 $9.99
Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword - 86 $19.99
Sid Meier's Civilization IV: Colonization - 83 $29.99
Sid Meier's Civilization IV - 94 $19.99

I got a friend that has the one with the rating of 94 and it looked pretty fun when I was over there and he just happened to be on it, but it doesn't cost as much as the colonization one so I was confused on which one I should get for the best gaming experience.
 
Sid Meier's Civilization IV is the main game. The other's are just expantion packs for it. Sid Meier's Civilization IV: Colonization costs more because it just recently came out.
