D. Billions, Galaxy's are made up of 2 major things, stars and dust, stars are what we see when we look at a galaxy, and the dust fills the spaces in between. on average there are more stars in our galaxy than grains of sand on earth and there are trillions upon trillions of grains of sand on earth. if there were ten stars in a galaxy we would not see it, Plus they would just fall into the black hole at the Centre of their galaxy, they also wouldn't last that long either. the same goes for all of the others exept D. hope i helped =]
