Which of my garden produce can be frozen as it comes out of the garden?

so ok we planted zucchini,tomatoes,lettuce,strawberries, cukes,peppers, squash,carrots, think that covers it as my dad did not grow sweet corn this year,,which tore me up..i love sweet corn grown..
