Which Motor Oil is better for my 1991 Ford Explorer?

I own a 1991 Ford Explorer: V6, 4 liters, 4 door, 2wheel drive, with about 175,000 miles. I need help choosing out the best motor oil for it.
 
Not much difference between the major brands, but for high mileage vehicles, i ALWAYS use 20w - 50, it seals the pistons and prevents smoke... Good for older engines.
 
My personal choice is Castrol. If you are talking about type like 5/30 or 10/40 weight oil, you need to check what is recommended by the manufacturer.
