which mobile phone is better among the two? LG cookie pep or Nokia 5233?

actually the lg phone is cheaper and has a 3 megapixel camera and the nokia has a 2 megapixel camera. and i want a touchscreen phone for listening music using the net and play some videos besides the usual tasks. so i want to get some opinion on the phones!!! feel free to suggest any other phone in that range of price ie. 5800 - 7000.
 
I would highly suggest the Nokia. Based on my experience, Nokia phones are heavy-duty. I had the LG Cookie and it broke within 3 months. The phone also lags A LOT.
