Which Mazda? Rx8 Rs or the Mazda 6 s Grand Touring (Both 2010)?

I've been wondering which Mazda cars are "better."
Mazda 6 - ~$29,140~
* 272 hp, 3.7L DOHC 24-valve V6 engine
* 6-speed Sport automatic transmission with manual-shift mode
* Mileage city/highway (mpg) 17/25‡
Mazda Rx8 ~$32,740~
* 232-hp, 1.3-liter RENESIS 2-rotor rotary engine
* Mileage city/highway (mpg) 16/22 MTâ€*

So I'm wondering which car would be "better." Thank you :)
 
well it depends how much u know on taking care of cars i love my rx8 but there useless in snow weather but there a blast 2 drive i wouldnt trade it 4 anything da world but a mazda 6 is not a bad chose
 
Now I love the RX8, how ever, they are temperamental. Meaning that if the operator does not follow directions well there will be more problems then with the Mazda 6.
So get the Mazda 6 unless this is a car that you will dedicate to long drives on mountain roads.
 
If you look at this just at a basic level there are huge differences between these cars. The main one would be that the 6 is not a sports car. The RX8 could be considered somewhat of a sports car.

Don't get me wrong, I drive a 6, and I love it. However, you've got to consider your wants, needs, practical requirements, etc in a decision like this.

Ask yourself some basic questions... am I going to be taking a lot of road trips, is space an issue, etc.

Stick with Mazda though. You won't regret it.
