Which Marine Corps Officer Intelligence MOS will be out in the field more 0203 or 0204?

In the MOS handbook it says 0203 will command a STA platoon then possibly go to recon, but my understanding is that you have a very slim chance of doing either of these rolls, but 0204 will be leading a Counter Intel platoon then possibly a HET so it sounds like 0204 will have more practical experience.
Can any Marines Enlighten me on this subject?
